Summer Collegiate Program at the New Rochelle Rowing Club

This is a competitive summer racing team for collegiate rowers with at least a years worth of experience. The focus of program will be to improve efficiency on the water while becoming stronger through on the water training as well as land workouts. We will be attending Independence Day Regatta in Philadelphia, Club Nationals in Camden and Royal Canadian Henley in Ontario. There will be emphasis placed on small boat rowing.

Schedule: Monday - Friday at 6am

June 29th-July 1st Independence Day Regatta
July 11th-15th Club Nationals
